I purchased a custom 4x8 stamp, and when it arrived I was blown away with the quality. Unfortunately, I purchased the wrong ink (somewhat due to my complete inexperience with stamping), and ended up having a frustrating inkpad adventure. Without being asked to, Rubber Stamp Champ's customer service team reached out to me personally, via phone call, to discuss the ink situation and consult on what kind of ink would work best for my project. The genuine tone and helpful information alone really spoke volumes of them, but they then also offered to send me the necessary replacement items at no extra charge.
There are brands that will win you over with a quality product, and then there are brands that will give you an experience that is something much more than transactional. Rubber Stamp Champ is that rare gem that does both.
