    Fantastic product and turn around! Sent my complicated vector logo. Apparently one of the elements was set to overprint and so when I first received my stamp, it was missing a tiny piece. Being in prepress, I know this is easy to miss when keeping up with quick turnarounds. I emailed and asked what we could do to fix it. Very shortly after, I received a new stamp with the missing piece in tact. Very grateful for the understanding and quick turn around. Of course my 5 stars comes with the understanding that no one is going to be 100% fast and accurate… so it is up to us as customers to either submit a superb file (no typos and matches exact specifications) or we give room for error and plan ahead. Too often, we, the consumer will order a product last minute or past a reasonable turn around time. I bet this stamp company gets a dozen of rush orders daily! In sum: I planned ahead, problems were resolved, superior product ultimately received, and all quicker than expected. ~Nicole
