    I got my stamp right away. When it arrived in the mail, I immediately tried the stamp out. I noticed that the ink itself went from dark with the first card and then progressively lightened up. I thought it was unusual for a new stamp. So, I called the the company ASAP and I talked to a customer service rep. She couldn’t have been nicer. She said that it should have had plenty of ink inside and she doesn’t know why it did not, Then she said not to worry at all and that she would send me a small bottle of the ink.
